Price Guarantee

All orders confirmed by us are subject to the following price guarantee: If you are able to provide us with an official quotation from another UK mainland supplier for products of the same quality cheaper including all setting-up charges, origination charges and delivery charges within 30 days from delivery of your goods, we will refund 110% of the net price difference.

Free Design Service

At no cost to you, and completely free of obligation, our team of experienced designers will provide you with pre-production artwork for products individually designed to meet your requirements. Simply contact our sales office, give us your brief, and our designers will endeavour to interpret your requirements to your full satisfaction

Free Origination / Setting-Up

At id xpress limited we are very sympathetic to the fact that buyers may be “locked into” a supplier by way of origination or setting-up charges. Often these suppliers impose a charge to release your tooling or jacquards. We have no such charges, making it easy and cost effect for you to benefit from our products and services.

Free Delivery

All orders confirmed by us benefit from a free delivery service. When complete, your goods will be delivered the next working day completely free of charge. (Offer applies to UK mainland addresses only).
